service within 7 days of delivery by providing your order number,
product details, and reason for return.
- Approval of Return:
- Twigmart will review your
return request and notify you if it is approved. Once approved, you will
receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Return Shipping:
- For eligible returns,
Twigmart will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address,
or you may be asked to ship it back using a designated courier.
- In case of defective or
damaged products, Twigmart may bear the return shipping cost. For all
other returns, the shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
5. Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Once the returned item is
received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method
of payment.
